Reimagine Ambition was born out of a desire to create a community for ambitious moms who want to go after their dreams without sacrificing their family or wellbeing.

We started with the podcast, sparking a new narrative and inspiration to working parents looking for something different.

Through those conversations, we learned more about the deep desire we have as working moms to find our tribe. A tribe where more balance, connection and support are the priority.

And so we are building a village - designed specifically for ambitious moms (however you define ambition) - to support you on your journey.

  • First and foremost we are curating a modern day village so parents don’t feel so alone in the chaos.

  • We are getting curious about new ways to manage it all - while letting go of old societal expectations that don’t serve us today.

  • And we are speaking boldly, advocating for the needs of parents who want to live out their dreams, without burning out their lives.

Marissa Green

Founder, Host

I’m Marissa Green, mom, entrepreneur, recovering workaholic, and your guide to designing a balanced, calm life as a working mom.

I believe moms shouldn't have to give up their dreams to enjoy quality family time and joy. That’s why we created Reimagine Ambition - to save you precious time and energy, helping you escape chaos and find calm.

After 20 years of climbing the corporate ladder and burning out multiple times, I knew something had to change. I realized there’s no “right way” to be a working mom. Good enough is whatever works for your family, not what others dictate.

My husband and I redefined our careers and life on our terms, focusing on what truly matters. Now, I’m dedicated to making this journey easier for other ambitious working moms.

Jennifer Green

Co-Founder, Producer

Jennifer has always been passionate about building a life and career on her own terms. Driven by freedom, flexibility and fairness, she carved out a successful career as a freelance producer working among creatives in Los Angeles. Her positive and innovative spirit helped her design work and life in her own way for herself and her partner.  She was willing to take unique chances to create a meaningful life and successful career outside of "corporate rules" by reimagining what ambition means for her - and is ready to help you do the same. 

"Through my career, I recognized that ambition isn't the same for everyone, and that it evolves throughout life's journey.  My passion in life is to support people in taking action toward creating a thriving life that defines work/life balance on their own terms.”

In her 30+ year career as a producer and branding expert, Jennifer's innovative spirit and creative drive have helped countless brands redefine what is possible - and she brings that same spirit to the Reimagine Ambition community. Her contagious creativity and uplifting optimism sets her apart and brings joy and fun into the Reimagine Ambition community and podcast.




Tara Brewster

Head of Operations

As an ambitious and overwhelmed working mother myself, the Reimagine Ambition mission resonates deeply for me. Working moms have struggled too long to find the balance and support they desire, only to find themselves even more exhausted and frustrated. It’s time to stop looking and make it happen for ourselves – and I believe the Reimagine Ambition village provides the perfect combination of support, education, and community to make it a reality

After nearly two decades climbing the corporate ladder, Tara walked away from her safe career to rewrite her professional journey on her own terms. After launching the women’s empowerment blog Breakthrough Loading in 2023, Tara now uses her business background and experience in content marketing to support other creative entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses.

As the Head of Operations, Tara collaborates with Marissa and team to bring the vision of the Reimagine Ambition brand to life through strategic and operational planning.


Paige Brown

Marketing & Events Strategist

Paige started her career in the classroom, where she loved inspiring young students. When she became a stay-at-home mom to her three kids, she faced the tough challenge of juggling family responsibilities with her own ambitions. This journey led her to become a Virtual Assistant, where she found a way to stay engaged professionally while managing the chaos of family life.

At Reimagine Ambition, Paige is driven by a mission that’s close to her heart. She believes moms shouldn’t have to choose between their dreams and their family. That’s why she’s passionate about creating marketing strategies and organizing events that help moms find their balance between work and motherhood.

Paige’s role focuses on supporting the team with strategic insights to cultivate a thriving community of moms, aiming to transform the narrative of modern-day motherhood.
